B4P

The B4P has an all volunteer staff dedicated to helping at-risk youth build the skills they need to succeed in life. We are impressed with this program because it doesn’t use the typical preach –and –teach method of instilling important lessons in the youth.  Unlike many “off –the-shelf” programs, B4P provides a comprehensive approach that is supported by a committed staff.  Each mentor is trained and required to attend on going class to stay abreast of today’s ever changing youth.  All mentors have to complete an application and pass a back-ground screening before they can become a mentor, we are committed to the development of our youth but their safety is our first priority.
